What’s New In Genomatix ChipInspector?

Genomatix ChipInspector is an easy-to-use Java application that analyzes Affymetrix CEL files and displays a gene tree view, including the probe mapping to genes. It analyzes a single chromosome at a time and provides transcript-specific significance analysis.
Version 2.0 includes additional features and extensive re-engineering of the underlying concept.

Once you have downloaded the application, please unzip it into an appropriate directory and run it.
After installation, you may start the application from the Start menu or the Run menu.
Then select the desired directory to load CEL files from.
If you are using different options for selecting a CEL file, the file extension is the only requirement.
After confirming to use CEL files, a tree-view is immediately created showing all features (genes, transcripts, exons, or promoters).
The tree view contains a tree view of each expression data set, and a tab-sheet for each gene or transcript with the following information:
